Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics partners (for example, when you click one of our ads), and from the tools we use to run our business.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our free tools.
- Respond to your inquiries, deliver the results or resources you request, and follow up about our services.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising. This includes analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads) that help us understand our audience and show relevant ads.
Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even though we do not sell your information for money. You can opt out — see Section 9 (“Your Privacy Choices”) and our Cookie Policy.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it. These currently include Kit (email and newsletters), GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS), Calendly (call scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (our AI chat assistant), and Google (analytics and ads).
- Advertising and analytics partners. We share limited information with platforms like Meta and Google to measure and deliver advertising.

- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, appointments, or (where you have opted in) marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiries or information about a service you have engaged.
